More than 600,000 TIM business customers now work through "TIM Safe Web", a highly secure platform service powered by Cisco Umbrella for Service Providers and integrated in the TIM network to proactively protect users from ransomware, phishing, and other malicious cybersecurity activities. "Given its essential value to any launch's success, we prioritized the customer experience throughout TIM Safe Web's development and implementation, which ultimately resulted in zero configuration on devices, software, and hardware, along with zero interaction with customer data," says Nappi. "With no impact to their browsing, our customers get always- on, hands-off protection from the potentially irreversible disruption of phishing and malware in a way that respects their privacy." Nappi continued: "TIM Safe Web has been a success for our customers. They have continuous and dramatic use of the Internet and we have been able to block millions of dangerous malware and phishing attacks for them."
