FAQ Cisco Umbrella Customers' FAQ What is an Activation? An Activation involves two steps. 1. Provisioning: Creating an "Org" and adding licenses to enable the prospect/customer to use Cloudlock. 2. Authorizing: Connecting Cloudlock to the prospect's/customer's environment i.e. guiding the prospect/customer through the Cloudlock authorization steps. When can I book an Activation call? Once you receive a Welcome email from the Cloudlock Activation Team, please respond if you would like to schedule an activation call. Or you can email Cl-activations@cisco.com to schedule an activation call. WilltheActivationsTeamassistwithpolicyconfigurations? No. Once a customer has successfully installed Cloudlock, the Activation Team's role is complete. Typically this is something the Sales Engineer will work through with the customer. Who needs to be on the Activation call? The person doing the installation.
